After making a purchase a questionnaire will be sent to your email address for you to fill in. After that, I may chase your up for some additional questions though all things said and well you will receive the bespoke plan up to five days later.
Not sure where you sit on the labelling spectrum? Other and I Don’t Know sound pretty reasonable to me. This plan is tailored to those starting at the beginners stage whom are looking to solidify their identity by looking and feeling good via a 12 week plan which includes nutritional, fitness and well-being advice.
